How long until I get my order?
Every piece is made to order just for you. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days, and you’ll get tracking by email as soon as yours ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what’s in your order. U.S. orders of $100 or more (after discounts) ship free.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Right now we ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is coming soon. Follow @voyouinternational_ to hear first.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email office@voyouinternational.com within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best. Once an order is processing, it can’t be changed or canceled.
Privacy
What do you collect and why?
Only what’s needed to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, email, and phone. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted providers. We never store your card details.
Do you sell my data?
Never. We build community, not data profiles. Your info is shared only with the partners required to produce, process, and ship your order.
Marketing emails?
Only if you opt in. Unsubscribe anytime.
Want your data removed?
Email office@voyouinternational.com and we’ll take care of it.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. Every piece, tees, hoodies and future drops, is made to order: no overstock, no markdowns, no waste. That’s why we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing, so check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
That’s on us. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email office@voyouinternational.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll replace it free.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Add Package Protection ($2.50) at checkout and we’ll send a free replacement if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Orders without Package Protection can’t be replaced once tracking shows delivered. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 15+ business days, email office@voyouinternational.com. Repeat claims may be declined.
