How long until I get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days; international delivery takes 10–20. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships
Do you ship internationally?
We’re Voyou International. Of course. Note: international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email office@voyouinternational.com within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best. Once an order is processing, it can’t be changed or canceled.
Privacy
What do you collect and why?
Only what’s needed to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, email, and phone. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted providers. We never store your card details.
Do you sell my data?
Never. We build community, not data profiles. Your info is shared only with the partners required to produce, process, and ship your order.
Marketing emails?
Only if you opt in. Unsubscribe anytime.

Returns
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing, so check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
That’s on us. Email office@voyouinternational.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll help you out.
