These terms apply when you browse voyouinternational.com or place an order with Voyou International (“we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Made to order

Every piece is printed just for you after you order. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and print placement can vary a little from piece to piece. Please check the size chart in each product’s photos before ordering.

Prices and errors

Prices are in US dollars. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong details because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you’ve received an order confirmation.

Orders and payment

Your order confirmation means we received your order, not that it has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can’t fulfill it, and we’ll fully refund any payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Cancellations

Email office@voyouinternational.com within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best. Once an order is in production, it can’t be changed or canceled.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Delivery times shown on our site are estimates.

If we can’t ship your order within the time we stated, we’ll email you before that time passes with a new estimated date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If we can’t give a new date, or the new date is more than 30 days past the original, we’ll cancel and refund your order unless you tell us you’d like to keep waiting.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are your responsibility. Lost, stolen and damaged packages are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Returns and replacements

All sales are final. Damaged, misprinted or wrong items are replaced free, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Chargebacks

If something’s wrong with your order, please email us first at office@voyouinternational.com so we can fix it. If a chargeback is filed for an order that was delivered as described, we may dispute it with the evidence we have (such as tracking) and may decline future orders.

Our designs

All designs, logos, photos and text on this site belong to Voyou International. You may not copy or resell them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
